This magnificent house is situated in Brackenridge security estate, adjacent to the Plettenberg Bay Golf and Country Club, with incredible sea and mountain views. The house is beautifully decorated and fully equipped with all modern appliances, crockery, cutlery, linen, Dstv, Dvd and a state of the art entertainment system which can be isolated to certain areas of the house. The house sleeps 10 persons comfortably and has under-floor heating throughout as well as heated towel rails and marble vanities in all the bathrooms. Large sliding doors lead out onto the entertainment area, with magnificent views afforded of the sea below and the Robberg Peninsula and mountains.

The rim flow pool and 6 seater Jacuzzi / spa bath are surrounded by sofas, pool loungers and a built in "braai"/BBQ area. Privilege, our housekeeper, sees to all the cleaning and washing up and works 6 days a week or according to individual client requirements.

With its own entrance the separate flat-let has a double en-suite bedroom, lounge, Dstv and fully equipped kitchen. Beach games, board games, cooler boxes and "body boards" are all at your disposal. There is ample parking as well as a double garage and carport.

The dining room seats eight, and has its own patio with an additional table and chairs for either outdoor dining or additional seating. The "Euroline" kitchen with its breakfast "nook", pantry and scullery is very spacious, with double fridge/freezer, microwave, espresso machine, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.

The kitchen boasts both granite and solid Iroko wood surfaces. The lounge is very spacious with two separate very comfortable seating areas with a fireplace and bar, complete with fridges, mixing bowls and all glassware.
