The island can accommodate up to 30 guests and accommodation is spread across four beautiful beachfront villas - Meridian House, West Sands, East Cove, and South Point—each offering privacy, sweeping ocean views, and direct access to secluded beaches. The layout is ideal for large families or groups, combining shared experiences with the comfort of personal space. The bedroom configuration is as follows: Meridian House offers 4 bedrooms and accommodates up to 8 guests in one master and three guests’ suites. The master suite features his and her bathrooms, dressing room, treatment room, sauna and steam shower. The three guest bedrooms are equally luxurious featuring ensuite bathrooms and all necessary amenities for comfortable stay. Villa West Sands offer 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. This is two-floor rental with bedrooms spread across both level of the house. One master suite and 1 VIP suite are both located on the upper floor and feature luxury, private bathrooms while the other two bedrooms are located on the ground floor and share a Hollywood bathroom. East Cove is the third vacation villa on the island is ready to accommodate up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms (1 master suite with private bathroom and jacuzzi bath, 1 VIP suite with private bathroom and 2 bedrooms sharing a bathroom). The last villa on the island is South Point with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

There are different options for travelling to Over Yonder Cay. Private jets can fly directly to Nassau or Great Exuma and commercial flights operate daily from the US and Europe to Lynden Pindling International Airport in Nassau. Over Yonder Cay is located just 70 miles (110km) from Nassau and Great Exuma, both of which are just 30 minutes away by plane. The spectacular flight over the sandbanks and lagoons is one of the highlights of the journey and we invite you to experience it.
