Middle Cay affords sleeping accommodations for up to 17 guests in 7 bedrooms amongst two villas. The four bedroom Main House has an open kitchen and dining space with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a dining table that seats 8. Its living room has a flatscreen cable TV and opens to a private patio. There’s a spacious master suite with a king bed, three walls of ocean views, a private patio, a lounge, and an ensuite bathroom The second suite has two double beds, a window seat, and an ensuite bathroom. The third suite has two twin beds, ocean views, and a hall bath. The fourth suite has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. Outside, there’s a heated pool and an outdoor shower. The three bedroom Cottage has a common area with beautiful, exposed wooden beams and tile floors. The living room has plush furnishings and a flatscreen cable TV, and there’s dining at the bar and main table It opens to the patio and has three walls of windows that reveal ocean views. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a coffeemaker, and a mixer. There’s a king suite with exterior access, ocean views, and an ensuite bathroom. The second suite has two double beds, exterior access, and an ensuite bathroom. The third suite is ideal for children, with a twin bunk, trundle bed, and a half bath in the hall.

Our 22-foot Pursuit boat, with captain, accommodates up to ten passengers and is available for use anytime during your stay. Guests are only responsible for the fuel. Our 34-foot Intrepid boat, with captain, accommodates up to twelve passengers and can be rented at additional cost. For those looking to island hop, just a 5-minute boat ride away, you’ll discover the hidden gem that is Harbour island. This unspoiled tourist treasure offers jet skis, bicycles, and golf cart rentals, as well as several restaurants and beaches. The surrounding islands are known for their pink sand beaches, coral reefs, and shipwrecks.

Middle Cay is highly accessible at just a 5-minute taxi ride to the Three Island Dock, then a 2-minute boat ride to the island. There are direct flights from Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, Atlanta and New York. As well as multiple daily fight from Nassau to ELH and a fast ferry from Nassau to Harbour Island. If you’d like to bring you own boat/yacht, please ask about docking fees.
