Splash out in the enormous outdoor rim flow pool, laze in the sun loungers or fire up the pizza oven for some epic outdoor entertaining under the giant oak tree. Otherwise, step indoors to escape to one of the plush bedrooms, or open plan living area with floor-to-ceiling glass doors serving superlative views. This is one for the books. Look no further.

Situated a quick 5 minutes drive to Camps Bay beach, where the strip of world class restaurants and bars next to the white sandy beach and crystal clear ocean beckons you to unwind and relax all day long. Behind the house, less than a 2 minute drive is Table mountain and the entrance to Lions head. The famous V&A Waterfront area with its vast selection of art galleries, shops, entertainment and restaurants are a mere 20 minute drive away.

This villa is is an amazing 5 bedroom and 6 bathroom villa situated over 3 levels with access to the different level via stairs. The upper level has bedrooms 1-4 all en-suite, the middle level has all the living areas, a study, guest toilet, as well as the pool. Our lower level with outside stairs and separate entrance has bedroom 5, en-suite. In addition the study is in another building up a flight of stairs with full bathroom, for your convenience. Within the open living space there is a wonderful wide doors opening up to pool patio, mountain views. Nearby we have the exceptional dining room with a 10 seat capacity, if you have more there are extra chairs throughout the house. Our Kitchen and Scullery are state of the art after the very retro redesign you'll find everything you need and more. The owner wasted no time turning this into a perfect pleasure. We as well have what some call a Media or TV room with outside dining area and a large 75" television for your viewing movies or television shows with your friends and family, as well there is a guest bathroom. Our outside study has a large desk, sea and mountain views and an in-suite shower.

Most guests come for the pool, the beaches, the nightlife which makes Cape Town one of the best places to party. The large pool with optional pool heating on request, surrounded by undercover outdoor lounge area with 2 couches, 8-seater dining table next to the pool, and 8-seater dining table next to the TV room. There is also a 2 x 4-seater smaller tables on the patio, 6 pool loungers and a large built in wood burning BBQ, pizza oven and gas stove. So if you come to enjoy our weather and sun you'll find plenty of that at Villa Le Thallo.

Each of our bedrooms is unique and pristine, cleaned top to bottom before every arrival and departure, upstairs you'll find 4 King Suites, one of those suites has an amazing KXL, which people seem to really love. Three of the rooms have a walk in shower and the 4 inside have air conditioning and heating for your convenience. The 5th bedroom has an outside entrance downstairs, there is a king sized bed that can be made into two twins, a 4 seater dining table and a small lounge area. This bedroom is very special because it puts you in touch with nature and the pool, which most people do really love.
