The interior of the Villa boosts 6,000 ft² with 2 large bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms located on the main floor and then located on the 3rd floor we have the master suite, which includes a private owners lounge and gym area together with a master bedroom, large closet, and vanity area.

Villa Skyline is spacious with 3 Bedrooms, 3,5 Bathrooms and 2 gorgeous balconies to enjoy the stunning sea view. It is a trendsetting estate, outfitted with high class electronics, modern furniture and accessories. The second-floor living room is an open concept area that flows to the kitchen, dining area and beyond to the entrance foyer. All of these spaces feature wide openings to the terrace and balcony, allowing the fresh breeze, natural sunlight and ocean views. The two levels of balcony make it easy to find solitude to work on your tan or host group gatherings and social events. Breathtaking views from all rooms and access to either the pool and decking area or to one of the many large entertaining balcony areas. On the ground floor of the villa, there is a separate maids quarters which has a separate entrance from the main house.
