The living area features two elegant sofas and two armchairs arranged around a floor-to-ceiling fireplace and TV, with soaring windows framing views of Lake Jordanelle. Aspiring chefs will appreciate the gourmet kitchen, equipped with a Thermador 6-burner gas stove and Nespresso machine. Sip a decadent coffee on the wraparound deck overlooking the mountains and lake, perfect for soaking in the scenery. For meals, there are two dining tables—one seating six and the other eight—as well as three additional seats at the breakfast bar. The main floor’s primary bedroom boasts a king bed, TV, private bathroom with a gas fireplace, and deck access—providing a cozy and private retreat.

Downstairs, the entertainment level features a game room with a 60” Smart TV, pool table, a four-seat card table, and a full kitchen. The stunning 15-foot theater room is designed for epic movie nights, offering a large screen, leather recliners, and a wet bar. A ski room with lockers keeps gear organized, and a patio hot tub soothes sore muscles after a day on the slopes. Sleeping accommodations include a bunk room with two twin-over-twin beds, a guest bedroom with a queen bed, and another guest bedroom with a king bed and patio access.

The top level offers additional privacy with a primary bedroom featuring a king bed, a trundle, private bathroom, gas fireplace, and a 60” TV, along with a galley kitchen ideal for guests seeking quiet relaxation.
