The 4-bedroom home, designed by Michael Upwall, boasts the architect’s signature curved silhouette and spiral staircases, with a private elevator servicing all floors.

The main level welcomes guests with double-height ceilings, rich hardwood floors and a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows. Several sitting areas offer room for cozy conversations: curl up by the wood-burning fireplace on one of two full-length sofas, settle into a leather club chair with a cocktail, or choose an armchair by the South-facing windows for views of Deer Valley Resort.

The living room opens onto an 8-seat formal dining area with high-backed chairs and an elegant, candle-inspired chandelier. Five stools at the breakfast bar add seating for larger groups.

On blue-bird days, enjoy apres-ski on the wrap-around deck, located just off the living area. Seat four at the patio table for cocoa, enjoy a cocktail by the fire pit, or indulge your inner chef and fire up the gas grill. In the gourmet kitchen you’ll find top-of-the-line appliances and granite countertops.

The main level also features a den with a fireplace, TV and wrap-around sofa for cozy evenings indoors.

A ground-level lounge offers even more entertainment with a pool table, foosball table, and a large-screen TV. Enjoy a movie from the leather sofa, or grab a drink at the wet bar, equipped with a wine fridge, coffee maker and microwave. This level opens onto a covered patio, where the hot tub awaits to rejuvenate tired muscles.
