The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, boasting Jenn Air Noir appliances, a commercial-sized refrigerator, 2 dishwashers, and gorgeous granite counters for meal prep. This home is perfect for large groups and families. Comfortably seat up to 10 at the dining table, while the parallel breakfast bar seats 5 more. From the great room, guests can step outside to the expansive deck with plenty of seating and wall-mounted radiant heaters—the perfect year-round gathering spot. There's a convenient guest bedroom on the main level with a king bed and a private bathroom.

There’s 1 luxurious primary bedroom with a king bed, private bathroom, and access to a private deck with serene surroundings, 2 guest bedrooms with king beds and private bathrooms, and 1 bunk room that sleeps 12 on 2 queen-over-queen built-in bunks and 2 twin-over-twin bunks. When friends and family aren’t hitting the slopes, the ground-level theater room is an entertainment oasis. Great for spending quality time together, it includes theater surround sound, a large TV for movie nights, a ping pong table, and a wet bar. This floor also features what is referred to as “The Lodge,” where guests can enter through ski doors to access a dedicated area for ski gear with leather couches and an additional fireplace to warm up. There’s also a laundry room for convenience. Outside, guests can enjoy après ski drinks in the large private hot tub.

Latitude Adjustment is a beautiful alpine home with wonderful lodge-like amenities. With on-site parking for 4 vehicles, including 2 spots in the garage, exploring nearby Glacier National Park and historic downtown is easy. For ski access, step outside the back door on the ground floor and take Chipmunk Trail (Green) to ski down to Base Lodge—or use the free S.N.O.W. Bus to get around the resort! This home is just a 15-minute drive away from historic Downtown Whitefish. If you enjoy shopping, this is the place for you! There are many Clothing, Souvenir, and Antique shops for you to enjoy. Take pleasure in some of the finest restaurants, bars, breweries, and distilleries that the Flathead Valley has to offer! There are fun events including music, theater, and festivals year-round! City Beach at Whitefish Lake is also only 15 minutes away! If you are traveling during the Winter season, we highly recommend having a 4x4 or AWD vehicle as weather conditions can be unpredictable.

We are happy to welcome up to 2 dogs for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $200 per dog, plus a $100 cleaning fee, plus applicable taxes. Pets must be well-trained and crated at all times when the owner isn’t present. You must notify the host if you are bringing a pet so that the proper fees can be collected.
