This new luxury family home furnished with no expense spared is situated in a private gated community with southwest facing screened lanai and a larger than average pool with heated spa. There is a shaded patio area outside the lounge doors which is ideal for BBQ's and alfresco dining with seating for eight.

The master suite has a King-size bed, corner bath and walk in shower and has pool/lake views. Bedroom 2 has a luxurious Queen-size bed and shares a bathroom with the twin bedded third bedroom. The fourth bedroom offers a queen-size bedroom with its own bathroom. All linen, towels, dishes, etc. are provided.   The villa is fully self-catering.  

Naples ' elegant 5th Ave with its fabulous shops/restaurants and Pier is only an eight minute drive.
