The living area is large and inclusive of a hardwood armoire, which houses a great television for late night movies.  The living room is also perfect for just hanging around and enjoying the night, as  you sip on a glass of wine or a nice beverage.  It really brings the family together and makes for the ultimate space.  The dining area, although formal, has a very inviting feeling as well, seating up to 10 guests, it sits aside a wall of art which draws your attention immediately.  There is also an eat-in bar area aside the dining area for more space, just in case you have a few friends drop by.  The side by side Kitchen and dining makes for great entertainment value.

The kitchen is open and lovely, really brining a country style together with a more modern feeling.  You have a great window while you wash dishes and the kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to make your memories complete.  There is also a washer and dryer in the house which makes cleanup easy.

Outside you’ll find the stars and a great pool area, with grill, outside seating and a lovely atmosphere.  The owner has really left the house in perfect condition for renting to the high end client, it is truly a great space.
