Stimulate your senses as you pass through the main entrance, a breezeway with direct view and passage through to the infinity pool, dock, and intercoastal waterway. The unique architecture elegantly blends the tropical outdoor living space with bright and airy indoors offering an ideal setting to enjoy relaxing beach-home lifestyle. This unique estate is separated into 4 distinct oversized luxury living areas so that guests’ have privacy as well enjoy togetherness in our lush common areas. The main house includes an east and west wing that are divided by the walkway to the pool deck. Two bedrooms and one bathroom make up the east wing. Two bedrooms, one bathroom, living areas, and kitchen are part of the west wing. The guest house includes a bedroom suite with bar/kitchenette on the main level and another on the second floor.

This exquisite, modern waterfront home features stunning custom finishes throughout the home, floor-to ceiling windows, and boho-inspired décor with contemporary art installations throughout the enclave.
