Villa Contenta is new to our collection, beautiful large vacation rental with imposing size and waterfrontage in Miami, Florida. As you approach you really do get a sense of size, this is a not just another vacation, it's a mansion sitting perfectly inside of Miami Shores, a wonderful area with large estates and lots of privacy. This is made for those who really want to have room to spread around, space for family and friends and to enjoy what Miami is all about, but still be only 15 minutes from the hustle and bustle of Miami Beach.

The house is truly a Mediterranean revival of historical elements including your beautiful glazed Spanish tiles, hand fired and laid. This detail is stunning as it wraps around the entire first level and moves through the house seamlessly laying the very special features of the house out perfectly. The entrance also has another beautiful feature which is the wrap around staircase, that truly brings majesty and elegance to the house with it's winding rod-iron raining and hardwood stairway that are adorned with beautiful artistic hand glazed floral tiles as accents. There was truly so much time put into the design and elements, it really does show in every room.

From the entrance you flow seamlessly through the home with beauty abounding. The doorways arched to give you that truly elegant feeling and framing each room so beautifully. To the left of the stairwell you will find a wonderful contemporary dining space. The combination of woods and metals along with artistic touches and beautiful tapestries, this is really a special space to enjoy with family. This is just one of the spaces you can enjoy for eating and entertaining as the house also has a large eat-in kitchen and bar area inside and also features and outdoor dining and cooking area. For the families that eat together this is that fun time where you can all share space and not be crowded into one small table or area. For the lovers of cooking the kitchen provides everything you will need to prepare a wonderful meal. This large kitchen features as well a large island where people can gather to talk to the chef and just enjoy the company while cooking. The double over, large refrigerator and dishwasher offer the more modern elements but the kitchen itself does feel like you're in Italy or some far off land with it's warm tones and beautiful design.

For the love of entertainment this house also features a wonderful pool table/game room area where you can enjoy a great game or just some practice in to improve your game. Many people tell us the pool table really does provide a sense of unity for those who like a little sport with their vacation rentals. Outside you'll also find a ping pong table setup for the family to enjoy and play. This serves as another space for people to unwind and take in the waterfrontage and the beautiful Miami Climate year round. Of course outside you'll also find our magnificent pool area, which is great for spending your days or nights. During the day the pool area turns into an outdoor living area with lots of places to sit, eat, enjoy the pool and games outdoors and take in the yachts floating by the home day and night. During the night the pool transforms into a beautiful light show, with it's amazing lights and outdoor covered seating and beautiful look it's like be in a magical garden. It brings in the natural beauty of the estate grounds while also giving everyone something to enjoy. This is the ultimate in large family getaway living or corporate retreats.
