Modern Dreams is a vacation rental located on Miami's Venetian Islands. It is a newly constructed residence featuring over 100 feet of direct waterfront and views of Biscayne Bay. The 7,230-square-foot property includes seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, an infinity-edge pool, Jacuzzi, home theater, and a private boat dock. The house is extremely modern, from the moment you walk in you sense the atmosphere change. The large open floorplan and the glass windows that draw your eye to the outdoor space is truly magnificent. The light wood flooring highlights the designer touches, creating a balance of natural stone, brass, and wood accents that truly engage the senses.

The living room area frames the outdoor space, with welcoming plush sofas and an array of areas to sit and enjoy special moments, friends gathering, family time or just a quiet nap in true luxury To the left you'll find a wonderful dining area great for family dinners where you can enjoy family cooked meals or hire one of our wonderful private chefs to add more glamour to your stay. Walk right through into the kitchen that will make any chef blush. The truly inspired waterfall marble island where you can sit and enjoy a cup of coffee or enjoy talking the chef or family while preparing meals, make it all the more special. The kitchen is a work of art, combining woods, stainless, marble and steel framed glass doors that highlight the absolute time taken in designing this truly special space. Whether you are here for a few days or a week everyone knows that a kitchen is truly the heart of any home

You'll find each of the 7 bedrooms have been designed with the same care. Here you'll find 5 King Suites and 2 Queen Suites, each room has it's own beautiful design and bathroom for convenience and ease. This is a special residence reminiscent of a 5 star resort. The Master Suites overlooks the waterway, as well has it's own balcony and a beautiful soaking tub and extra larger master closet. Feel free to bring all of your things so that you can truly stretch out and enjoy this fantastic luxury home. No home is complete without a luxury theater and this one does not disappoint. With two large sitting areas and a wonderful projection screen, you'll get to see all of the latest movies which you can stream from your device or watch one of the many movies available at the house.

The outdoor space of course is as impressive as the indoors with it's amazing view of the Miami Intracoastal where you can see the multi-million dollar yachts gliding by each morning and evening. The house also has a dock so if you'd like to enjoy a yacht charter with your stay we are happy to accommodate any of your luxury needs.
