At Granite Falls Chalet you are invited to experience a home with contemporary mountain design elements that utilize natural stone, wood and metal creating a sophisticated feel throughout. Located in a quiet mountain neighborhood surrounded by trees it sits in a serene location alongside a seasonal creek that flows over granite boulders, hence the name.

Granite Falls Chalet is an elegant mountain home that is perfect for entertaining and will graciously accommodate family groups with separate living areas, two master suites, a fireplace on each floor, two wet bars, laundry facilities on two levels and a huge two-car garage.

From the open living room with large windows and side decks you are immersed in the pristine forest and the sounds of the creek. When you aren’t enjoying the mountain air you can snuggle up in front of the gas fireplace and large tv. This makes for a perfect gathering space with plenty of seating and easy access to the kitchen and dining area.

The large open contemporary kitchen is a chef’s dream, with stainless steel appliances, including Thermador cooktop, double ovens and dual dishwashers and Sub-Zero refrigerator, complimented by custom cabinetry and granite counters.

Opening up to the kitchen is the dining area that is also inspired by its natural surroundings. This masterpiece is balanced with contemporary style and warm mountain finishes. The table will seat 8 with room for 6 more at the adjoining Hibachi-style granite island.

You’ll delight after a long day enjoying the area in any of the 4 bedrooms. The Master Suite is well appointed with a spacious sitting area, wet bar, fireplace and private deck to enjoy the sounds of the creek and the magnificent setting that is your backyard. The 2nd Master Suite also includes a king a bed and private fireplace. Both masters have private ensuite bathrooms. Additionally, on the upper level there is also a queen bedroom and a bunk room with 4 twin beds. These rooms share a bathroom. All the bathrooms feature travertine tile, slab countertops, and Hans Groehe stainless fixtures.

When it is time for playing games or watching movies, move down to the recreation/media room. There you will find a foosball table, large tv, fireplace and wet bar with wine refrigerator.

Our on-call shuttle service also picks up from the door providing easy access to the nearby Steamboat Ski Resort in the winter or anywhere else you’d like to go in town. With abundant outdoor living space, a seasonal stream and five decks to take in the views it could be hard to leave.
