Touchdown Estate is one of the most private properties in Mountain Village, yet only 175 yards to the ski run and a five-minute drive to the Village Core. This estate sits on the top of a knoll on nine acres of beautiful forest with a private tennis court and the only private indoor swimming pool in the Telluride area.

This majestic home offers over 15,000 square feet of luxury and high-end finishings and furnishings. Reminiscent of a European castle with wide hallways, vaulted ceilings, antique massive doors, separate private dinning room, great room with massive wood-burning fireplace and endless views from every room in the house. The kitchen is designed to cater to a large crowd with four ovens, two dishwashers, eat-in area, huge pantry and lots of space.

There are two very large master suites, each with huge bathrooms with steam showers, tubs, walk-in dressing rooms. The top floor is occupied by one master suite and also has a separate study. The main floor has the common areas and a queen bedroom (can be used as a separate nanny/pilot room) as well as the second master suite and a den.

The lower level of the home has a third master with a king, and three other guest bedrooms as well as a third den with large TV, surround sound and foosball table. The jewel of the home is a massive private pool which is separately enclosed (lock on door).
