The main house has one king suite (the master), two queen bedrooms and three and one half baths. Two of the bedrooms are on the lower level, as well as the family room/den with its 57" flat screen TV. The master suite, also with a flat-screen, is on the third/uppermost level. On the middle/main level is the living room with a gorgeous Steinway piano, an office with yet another flat-screen TV and the inviting kitchen with top-of-the-line gourmet appliances. The decks offer outdoor seating along with a grill and priceless views.

There is also a separate garage with a substantial guest apartment above. The guest apartment has a queen bed, full bathroom, full mini-kitchen, and a flat-screen TV.

With just a phone call, the Galloping Goose free shuttle will stop right at the driveway of Pinion Place. This is a very special Telluride home on a lovely and large piece of property.
