Depot House is our newest addition, a luxury vacation rental ideally located in the heart of the Town of Telluride, Colorado. Set just one block from the free gondola station, this four-level residence places guests within effortless reach of world-class skiing, dining, shopping, and the vibrant cultural life that makes Telluride one of Colorado’s most sought-after mountain destinations.

Depot House spans five beautifully appointed bedrooms and delivers a warm, contemporary atmosphere throughout. Natural wood tones, clean architectural lines, and abundant natural light define the interiors. The expansive main living level features an open floor plan where the living room, dining area, and kitchen flow seamlessly together, making it ideal for entertaining, shared meals, or relaxing after a day in the San Juan Mountains. A sleek fireplace anchors the living area, adding a cozy alpine touch during cooler evenings.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, generous counter space, and a large island that invites casual gatherings, morning coffee, or après-ski conversations. Adjacent dining areas provide ample seating for group meals, while the intuitive layout ensures the space remains open and social without sacrificing comfort. An additional lounge area on a separate level offers a quieter retreat.

Depot House accommodates guests across five well-appointed bedrooms, each designed to provide privacy and comfort. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom, creating a serene retreat. Two additional guest bedrooms are also furnished with king-size beds and ensuite bathrooms, offering equally luxurious accommodations. The fourth guest bedroom includes a queen-size bed with ensuite bathroom, while the fifth bedroom features twin beds and its own ensuite, making the home perfectly suited for families or groups with varied sleeping needs.

Beyond its elegant interiors, Depot House’s location is one of its greatest assets. With the gondola just steps away, guests enjoy easy access to both Telluride Ski Resort and Mountain Village without the need for a car. In winter, enjoy legendary skiing and snowboarding, while summer brings hiking, mountain biking, festivals, live music, and outdoor adventures right outside your door.
