This spacious mountain home features a clean, bright, and inviting atmosphere; and is perfect for several families. It has a fully equipped, and modern kitchen with all new appliances in 2016, and an outside barbecue grill for preparing meals for large groups. The heated garage with 12 boot warmers, is ideal for storing skis, boots, poles, snowboards, and mountain bikes overnight. It also features a new Foosball table, a new bar, puzzles, games, and sports equipment.

We make every effort to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs (subject to availability); and will confirm either within 24 hours of arrival and 24 hours of departure; upon request.

The outdoor hot tub on the upper deck, overlooks a quiet meadow, and allows for amazing evening experiences under the stars; in this quiet neighborhood. The homes in the area are privately owned and are rarely rented or occupied, except over major holiday periods. New outdoor furniture in 2016, as well as an outside gas fire pit complete the outdoor amenities.

Two separate living room areas, each with their own fireplaces and flat screen TV’s allow for large groups to spread out. All three bedrooms and all three bathrooms are layed out for maximum efficiency. The master bedroom has one king bed with a private bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a single trundle pullout. The third bedroom has a queen bed with another single trundle pullout. There is a pullout sofa bed in the TV entertainment room; which also features a fireplace. There is another pullout sofa bed in the main living room; which features a fireplace.

The free, town operated, shuttle bus service runs every 15 minutes within 100 yards of the Lodge; and allows guests to come and go all day long on their own schedule. Digital keyless entry allows for more convenience.

It is not unusual to see moose, bear, fox, deer, and raccoons; right outside the door or from the deck. Guests can easily make day trips to Vail, Aspen, Keystone, Beaver Creek, Arapahoe Basin, Loveland, Steamboat Springs, Crested Butte, and Copper Mountain; but there is so much terrain and variety at Breckenridge, Ski Area, that most guests do not wander too far.

Comcast Xfinity Wi-Fi Internet, new in 2016, with speeds of up to 100Mbps provide exceptional internet speeds for large groups, throughout the lodge; and allow for Netflix, Amazon, and Apple TV high speed downloads.

Smart-Eco thermostats by Nest, manage temperature zones individually; while integrated smoke and CO2 detectors by Nest provide for added safety.

Every season in Breckenridge is magnificent. Winter in Breckenridge is every skier’s dream with its champagne powder days and thousands of acres of ski terrain. Breckenridge is less than a two-hour drive west of Denver, and is one of the most popular ski resorts in the U.S The majestic, stunning mountain vistas of Breckenridge’s 13,000-foot peaks along its ten-mile mountain range thrills every guest. The winter season not only boasts spectacular ski conditions, but an array of activities, festivals and ski/snowboard competitions.

In the summer months, most Breckenridge guests stay outdoors from sunrise to sunset. Whether playing golf, sightseeing, hiking, biking, rafting, fishing, horseback riding, or even gliding down a mountain glacier, there are endless options for everyone. Downtown Breckenridge presents a full calendar of outdoor summer festivals, along with galleries, shops, restaurants, bars and nightlife.
