Chalet Brio is a luxury ski-in/ski-out vacation condo in Beaver Creek, ideally located within the exclusive Highlands neighborhood. Designed for effortless mountain living, this single-level residence combines refined alpine style with exceptional access to both winter and summer activities. In winter, guests can step outside and access the Highlands Skiway beginner run for a gentle ski down to the chairlift, while summer brings scenic hiking trails and an easy walk to the boutiques, restaurants, and cafés of Beaver Creek Village.

The interior opens into a bright and spacious great room, filled with natural light from expansive windows that frame treed surroundings and ski area views. This inviting space is centered around a wood-burning fireplace and stylish, contemporary furnishings, creating a warm and comfortable setting for relaxing after a day on the mountain. The open-concept layout makes it easy for guests to gather, whether enjoying quiet evenings by the fire or spending time together with family and friends.

The updated kitchen is both elegant and highly functional, featuring beautiful dark countertops, custom cabinetry, high-end appliances, and a generous kitchen island with seating for five. Just steps away, built-in bench seating and a dining table provide a cozy and welcoming space for shared meals, morning coffee, or casual après-ski dining. During warmer months, the living area opens onto a private patio, ideal for BBQ grilling and outdoor dining while taking in peaceful mountain views.

Chalet Brio accommodates up to seven guests across three thoughtfully designed bedrooms. The primary suite offers a king-size bed, TV, mountain views, and a sleek ensuite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower and double-sink vanity. A second king bedroom also features a TV, abundant natural light, and a private ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub combination. Perfect for families, the bunk room includes a twin-over-queen bunk bed and shares a hallway bathroom, making it an inviting space for children or additional guests.

Guests of Chalet Brio enjoy access to shared ski lockers and a hot tub located in the Highlands Westview building, with ski access just a one-minute walk from the locker room to the Highlands Skiway. Guests also have access to the year-round outdoor pool and hot tubs at the Highlands Lodge, conveniently located directly across the street.
