From the house you will get stunning, Panoramic Lake Views from Nearly All Rooms. There is a large Stone Patio with Fire-pit and Furniture in Summer; Gas BBQ, Lawn Area with Hot Tub; Sandy Beach.

Inside the Living Room you have a Custom Fireplace Mantle, Antique Art and Vintage Tapestry, A Wall of Glass Doors and Windows, Hardwood Floors, 'Ultimate Cocktail Arcade Table with 600+ Games.' In the family room there is a Custom Built-in Cabinet Concealing Flat Screen TV, Unique Art, Thick Custom Shag Carpet, Creston Stereo System Controlled by iPad; XM Radio; Bunk Room with iPod dock. So much is available at this property and people just love the idea of having all they need when they arrive, instead of hoping, you get this and more.

Please Be Advised: Many highways, access roads and/or driveways are steep in Tahoe/Truckee and may be icy in the winter. To ensure your safety, it is critical that during November 1st - April 30th your brakes, windshield wipers, defroster, heater and exhaust system are in top condition. Tires need to be properly inflated and the tread must be in excellent condition. Always carry tire chains, even if driving an AWD/4WD vehicle. Make sure the chains are the proper size for your tires and are in working order. Wireless Satellite Internet (very slow and data is limited, but functional for email)
