Designed for modern, effortless living, the villa unfolds across three levels connected by an elegant glass-made staircase and an internal elevator for convenience. Each space flows seamlessly into the next, with expansive glass doors framing panoramic views and creating a harmonious connection between the indoors and outdoors. The lower level hosts the heart of the home — an open-plan living area centered around a stylish kitchen with a large island, top-of-the-line appliances, a Thermomix, and dual wine fridges. A scullery with a dishwasher, washing machine, and additional fridge-freezer keeps the main kitchen pristine, while a ten-seater dining table and indoor fireplace make this area ideal for year-round entertaining. The adjoining lounge offers plush seating, surround sound, and floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto a covered terrace.

The villa offers four bedrooms distributed between with the middle and upper level of the house. The villa can accommodate up to 8 guests in three king size bedrooms and one bedroom with two single beds convertible to king. Two of the bedrooms are positioned on the middle level of the house along with a media lounge equipped with a large sectional sofa, surround sound, and a convertible table that doubles as a pool or table tennis table — perfect for family entertainment. Bedrooms are spacious, featuring luxury ensuite bathrooms and all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
