Our unique 6 bedroom villa, offers over 9,500 ft² of luxury living designed to cater to your every whim. Built by famed Architect Jose Luis Nino Preciado, and exclusively decorated by Alder and Tweed, Casa Joya del Mar is the essence of casual elegance. You will enjoy the soothing sounds of the villa’s 3 magnificent fountains, including an exotic stone wall fountain inside the inner courtyard. Casa Joya del Mar is positioned adjacent the 7th fairway and 100 yards from the green of the Punta Mita Four Seasons Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf course. The ocean, just beyond the 7th hole offers stunning scenic views by day and the moon over the ocean by night. Providing its guests every luxury, in an unparalleled setting, the Villa offers panoramic ocean and golf course views from its 4 master suites, and is beautifully nestled in a private idyllic setting meant to afford its guests the ultimate in relaxation while enjoying the finest of indoor-outdoor living year round. Featuring a 40 ft. swimming pool with adjacent hot tub, you will be pampered as you swim and languish poolside while, Francisco, our concierge, refills your drinks!

As our guests, during your stay, you are afforded Premier member access to 3 beautiful beach clubs: The Residents Beach Club, The Kapuri Beach Club and the St. Regis Beach Club. In addition, you may also enjoy two 18 hole Jack Nicklaus Signature courses; Pacifico and Bahia, as well as the award winning tennis and fitness centers.

As part of your stay we invite you to enjoy the villa’s many amenities which include airport pick-up and drop-off, pre- arrival grocery shopping, as well as daily housekeeping and concierge services. Our full time staff will prepare breakfast and lunch, and we can arrange for a professional chef to prepare the evening meal. Also during your stay at Casa Joya del Mar you have use of the villa’s Suburban and the 6 passenger golf cart within the gates of Punta Mita. Francisco, our concierge, can arrange tour and excursion bookings (fishing, whale watching, zip line, etc.), tee times, as well as a visit to the house by a private masseuse.

Punta Mita is paradise. Many guests prefer staying close to the Casa to enjoy golf, tennis and beach activities offered through the Clubhouse or Residents Beach Club, all available via a free shuttle service. But other adventures await only minutes away. You can experience whale watching, surfing, snorkling, sailing, kayaking, rainforest touring, horseback riding, jeep safaris and day trips to Puerto Vallarta and Sayulita. Located within gated Punta Mita, Residents’ Beach Clubs offer pristine beaches, dining, swimming pools, kayaking, massage, snorkeling, comfortable beach furnishings and concierge services. From the Four Seasons Clubhouse, you can tee off for a round of golf on the Jack Nicklaus Signature Course, enjoy the driving range or tennis courts, follow up your activities with a spa treatment, and then relax with drinks or a meal in the outdoor restaurant.
