This luxury Villa is situated on a private sandy beach in Jade Bay, walking distance on the beach side, into the town of Akumal. This stunning villa offers luxury furnishings and services for a special beach gathering on the sea of the Mexican Caribbean. This spacious 4,800 square foot Villa has five bedroom suites and en-suite bathrooms and comfortably accommodates up to 14 people. The villa staff is there daily to take care of your needs while you are on vacation. The Ocean views come with a Villa: Akumal Luxury Beachfront III captures all Ocean views by subtle elevation and angle plays so everyone has a room with a view. The Living room opens up to a large exterior living space with two couches, adjacent to the pool, making it easy to be part of the outdoors and not be directly in the afternoon sun.

 

The first floor is an open-floor plan design with one bedroom, a large living room, a gracious indoor dining room seating 14 people, a large modern kitchen with a breakfast bar, two sinks and a dishwasher. The SERENITY SUITE, is one spacious King sized bedroom and en suite bathroom made from honed Mayan marble with a large bathtub. This bed, with luxury linens and double wooden doors for privacy has a view of both the ocean and the pool. Akumal Luxury Beachfront III opens up completely, allowing for ocean breezes and an easy flow to the outdoor dining room, cocktail area, living room, pool patio and the unique separate Zen Palapa designed for private couple massages...

 

Kitchen, Dining and Outdoor Barbecue area: Akumal Luxury Beachfront III has a fully covered outdoor kitchen / grill area located next to the indoor kitchen, where meals can be prepared and grilled. The built-in charcoal barbecue grill is directly overlooking the outdoor dining area with a super ocean view. A small refrigerator accommodates wine and beer for meals in the outdoor dining area. There is a large wooden handmade table that can seat 14 people. This area is perfect for Breakfast and lunch, under a roof – protecting you from the mid-day sun.

 

The 350 sq. foot Living Room has a capacious seating and entertainment area. The large Zen rock, mounted in the room, was a Gift from the Sea, and proudly captures the spirit of this Villa. The Entertainment Center includes a TV, VCR+DVD player and an I-Pod hook-up with a multi-speaker sound system.

 

The indoor Dining Room has a unique hardwood double tree-trunk table harvested during a full moon. The table accommodating 14 people was found by local artisans, who harvested and cured the giant tree stumps and then set the glass pieces into it that make this table first, a gift from nature and a remarkable work of art.

 

Four Bedroom Suites and Balconies Upstairs: Upstairs at Akumal Luxury Beachfront III find four private Bedroom Suites with large private bathrooms and exterior living spaces overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Special attention has been given to the bed design, with luxury bed linens of 400 plus thread counts. Each bedroom has a security safe, a satellite TV and en-suite bathrooms with two sinks, magnifying mirror and hairdryer. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

 

The Dream Suite has two beds. A King sized Bed with a hardwood headboard has a perfect view of the ocean, and a Double bed is set into a Mayan-red niche with luxury linens. Large sliding glass doors open up to the balcony partly shaded with wooden sticks. This oversized terrace provides a grand place to sit, read or dream in a hammock. The private bathroom has a large shower and a handmade marble bath tub.

 

The Gratitude Suite has a King size Bed with a local hardwood headboard and artisan-crafted hardwood canopy facing the Caribbean Sea. It also has a Single bed for lounging or additional sleeping. Sliding glass doors open to a wide terrace with two wooden Lounge chairs and a hammock suspended from the wood Palapa ceiling as well a an exterior cement bed with a mattress that can be made up for you , if you decide to sleep outside.

 

The Joy Suite surveys the ocean from a King sized bed as the room directly faces the Caribbean Sea. A writing desk space has been built into the wall for computer use. A couch built as a single bed can be made for an additional person to share this room. The Joy Suite shares a large covered balcony with the Tranquility Suite.

 

The Tranquility Suite has a King size Bed with an oversized Bathroom with a vaulted ceiling and a handmade Mayan marble bathtub for two. Sliding glass doors from the bedroom open to an additional outside shower, on the balcony, providing privacy and ocean view.

 

Complimentary Services :  Guest Services/Concierge will greet you upon arrival, introduce you to the Villa; Will coordinate time appointments for five complimentary massages; Can arrange for you many local activities, Chef cooked dinners, baby sitting, fishing trips and golf.  Staff on premises – Six day a week service: Prepares daily Breakfast and daily snacks of Salsa and Guacamole. Maid makes up and changes beds, provides daily clean towels. Laundry service available for a small fee; The Grounds Keeper maintains the pool, garden and Villa.

 

• Upon arrival refrigerator will be stocked with 24 Beers, 24 cokes and 24 diet cokes; Refrigerator is stocked with condiments such as mayonnaise, ketchup, salsa etc. Kitchen has staples: sugar, salt, butter etc. so you do not need to purchase.  Complimentary Daily Breakfast Service includes: Coffee, Tea, Juice and milk, freshly cut tropical fruit platters, assortment of breakfast cereals, toast and preserves, complimentary daily afternoon snack of Salsa Mexicana, fresh guacamole and chips.  Five Complimentary massages with professional massage therapists, additional massages can be arranged for a fee.
