Built on four levels around a central courtyard, the house has approximately 10,000 square feet of living area with spectacular views overlooking the Bay of Banderas, all oriented towards Los Arcos and the Miami-looking north shore is not visible and does not destroy the view. The villa offers prime location the property is 5 minutes from Conchas Chinas beach and the many fine restaurants and boutiques in the Romantic Zone of Old Town Puerto Vallarta.

Casa Dos Cisnes is a one-of-a-kind vacation experience. A unique private villa offering unparalleled luxury and views, it offers the discriminating traveler the ideal location from which to explore Puerto Vallarta. The villa’s stunning colonial architecture seamlessly encompasses both outdoor and indoor living areas. Thirteen rooms on four levels include five beautifully appointed bedrooms with private baths, multiple terraces and an ideal environment in which to relax and recharge. Spectacular views of the Bay of Banderas are showcased from every room. Bedrooms are spread between the different level of the house with four of them being king size and one bedroom, also known as Regal Bedroom is with twin queen-sized beds. The master suite is located one floor up the main entrance level and is positioned on the entire floor. The suite is spacious and consists of a bedroom, a private terrace, bathroom with a jacuzzi, and retreat room.

A dramatic winding staircase connects the levels and provides a breathtaking focal point. The gracious interior spaces are furnished in the colonial style with one-of-a-kind pieces designed and commissioned by the owners specifically for Casa Dos Cisnes. Wrought iron chandeliers, antique furniture and colonial-era art are among the many interior design details discriminating guests will appreciate. The villa offers spacious living areas, intimate dining area for up to twelve guests and fully equipped gourmet kitchen where the culinary magic happens.

Casa Dos Cisnes is extremely private villa, designed, built and recently renovated all in an effort to make our guests enjoy and remember for a lifetime their time in Mexico. Guests are taken care by dedicated villa staff, including villa chef as gourmet cuisine is fundamental to Casa Dos Cisnes. Guests will enjoy three meals per day, all of them prepared by finest and seasonal ingredients.
