Villa Ventana is fully staffed vacation property, perched on a hill above Puerto Vallarta's romantic district. With expansive and 100% unobstructed views of all of Puerto Vallarta and the entire Bay of Banderas and Pacific Ocean beyond the villa is one of those amazing properties that we are proud to represent.

The spacious 15,000 sq ft property spans multiple levels and accommodates up to 14 guests in seven beautifully designed bedrooms. Bedrooms are air-conditioned, featuring king or queen size bed, luxury designed bathrooms and private terraces with amazing ocean views views. Bedrooms are spread across three main levels with master bedroom being positioned on the top level of the house, second master bedroom on the main level of the house and additional five bedrooms are located on the lower level. The main level features the villa’s common areas, including a spacious living room, media room, dining area with stunning views, and a fully equipped kitchen with professional-grade appliances. The living area opens to a beautifully designed terrace with a heated infinity pool, outdoor lounge and dine area, where guests spend most of the time when in the villa.

Throughout your stay at Villa Ventana, you will be pampered by our house manager and dedicated villa staff. Our chef is available to prepare two meals for you each day (except on Sundays) and our housekeeper will keep the house spotless for the duration of your stay.
