Villa Mandarinas is a one-of-a-kind luxury vacation estate perched above the ocean on Puerto Vallarta’s exclusive South Shore. Spanning over 20,000 square feet, the estate offers flexibility for groups of all sizes. Rent as few as 8 bedrooms for an intimate gathering of up to 16 guests, or reserve the full 15-bedroom estate to accommodate up to 34 guests. Each of the 15 bedrooms is uniquely designed with air conditioning, ceiling fans, safes, coffee stations, private bathrooms, and ocean-view terraces. The majority of suites are located in the main house, while three are tucked away in private casitas. Twelve bedrooms feature king-size beds, while one suite offers four single beds that can be configured into a king, and two additional bedrooms are furnished with double beds.

Villa Mandarinas features three distinct pool areas, including a dramatic infinity pool overlooking the Pacific, as well as a hot tub, outdoor firepit, game room, and expansive terraces. A thatched palapa pavilion serves as a serene space for yoga, meditation, or wellness retreats, while multiple lush garden terraces and patios provide beautiful settings for weddings or special celebrations of up to 200 guests.

A full team of 12 staff members ensures your stay is seamless. From two private chefs and bartenders to waitstaff, housekeepers, a villa manager, and concierge, every detail is thoughtfully curated. Bilingual staff members are always available to assist, ensuring exceptional service with a personal touch.
