Spanning 10,000 square feet, this luxury retreat showcases marble floors throughout, a sweeping grand staircase, and expansive terraces with uninterrupted views of Los Arcos. Every corner of the home is designed to capture the breathtaking seascape, making it an idyllic setting for a magical escape. The villa offers six beautifully appointed bedrooms spread across two floors, with four featuring king-size beds and two offering queen-size beds in each. All bedrooms include ensuite bathrooms and private terraces or Juliet balconies, creating serene spaces to retreat and unwind. For smaller gourps the villa could also be exclusively rented as four-bedroom vacation rental.

Outdoors, guests can lounge by the heated infinity pool or soak up the sun on the private cliffside man-made beach area (no water access), both offering dramatic panoramas of the Pacific. Multiple shaded and open-air sitting areas invite you to enjoy morning coffee, sunset cocktails, or leisurely afternoons in the sea breeze. The boundaries between indoors and outdoors disappear, the villa offers amazing open-plan living areas, which oversee the terraces and the ocean beyond.
