The villa offers prime location, located just 10 ocean frontage scenic miles south of downtown Puerto Vallarta near the small fishing village of Boca de Tomatlan, an ideal location for those that wish to get away from the crowd, traffic, and high-rise resort buildings of the Puerto Vallarta tourist area, but also have the connivance of a short drive into downtown Puerto Vallarta. Next to the villa you can find beautiful hiking trail that takes you along the ocean to some of the most beautiful and unexplored beaches in Puerto Vallarta. Should you decide to visit Botanical Gardens or Puerto Vallarta Zoo, they are both 4 miles away, a really short drive will take you there for a day fill with fun. Transportation to any and all beaches south of Villa is provided by local boat taxies that take clients to villages and beaches located along the coast. Guests have private access to the beach and into the small fishing village of Boca de Tomatlan.

The villa has six elegant and luxury beautifully decorated master suites. Each suite is uniquely designed, furnished and decorated. Furnished with elegant Italian furniture, the suites have large beautiful bathrooms and showers with walk in closets. All suites have king size beds with a living room area and sofa with wall mounted television, Wi-Fi, air condition, room to room intercom, large ceiling to floor sliding glass windows and beautiful marble floors. Every suite has large walk out terraces, with ocean, beach, gardens, swimming pool and tropical forest views.

The dining area is a very impressive, with a floor to ceiling curved window 20 feet high overlooking the ocean and beach. The beautiful chandelier hanging from 25 feet vaulted ceiling above the dining table adds an extra layer of elegance and it creates a wonderful place for family dining gatherings. The kitchen is furnished with high end quality appliance (Thermador, Viking, and Sub Zero) and wine coolers, a large window view to the ocean with a dining island for 8 guests. It is certainly a chefs dream kitchen.

The outdoor area is really impressive. The garden is beautifully landscaped with tropical trees, plants, flowers and coconut palm trees to create an atmosphere of pure tranquility and relaxation. It’s really a place where you can come back to your roots and come into contact with nature. Every angle of the outdoors area has beautiful ocean, beach, and tropical forest views. The facility has two large swimming pools and a jacuzzi. Multiple outdoor lounge areas serve as hidden nooks for guests who wish to spend their days undisturbed, basking under the Mexican sun. The villa offers a great location, views and it serves as amazing wedding or private celebrations venues. There is a commercial and very well-equipped outdoor Chefs kitchen capable of serving up to 150 guests, who can meanwhile enjoy the amazing surroundings from the ocean view open-air restaurant, also for up to 150 guests.

The drive way to Villa Armonia will accommodate 20 vehicles and parking to accommodate an additional 40 vehicles is available on the property. Security booth located at the entrance to the villa provides 24-hour security personal. The villa is truly one of the most exclusive rental properties available in Puerto Vallarta. The bilingual staff caters to any guest request in order to provide a carefree environment for relaxation and recreation that is the very definition of paradise. Guests have private access to the beach and into the small fishing village of Boca de Tomatlan.
