From the moment you step onto the stone terrace, the panoramic ocean backdrop becomes the heart of your stay. The spacious outdoor area is designed for both relaxation and social connection, with a heated infinity pool, a bar, a shaded outdoor dining space, and rows of sun loungers perfect for soaking up the sun or stargazing at night. Inside, the hacienda-style architecture is accented by handcrafted wooden finishes, wrought iron details, terracotta floors, and open living areas that connect seamlessly with the outdoors. The living room opens fully to the pool terrace, inviting ocean breezes and lush garden views into every moment of your stay.

The villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across four air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a luxury ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 1 is located on the main level and features a king-size bed, private terrace access, and stunning views of the pool and ocean. Two additional bedrooms on the upper level include one king-size suite and another with two queen-size beds—ideal for families or friends. The fourth bedroom sits on the villa’s highest level and offers privacy along with expansive coastal vistas.

Villa Amapas South is fully air-conditioned and includes a fully equipped kitchen. Pre-arrival grocery shopping is available at an additional cost, and your stay includes daily light housekeeping (1 hour/day, 6 days/week). A skilled cook is also on hand six days a week to prepare two delicious meals per day—whether that’s a hearty breakfast, a vibrant dinner, or a relaxing happy hour with local flavors.
