Ideal for small groups or families, this fully staffed, three-bedroom villa is perfect on its own or can be rented alongside its sister property, Villa Amapas South, to accommodate up to 18 guests. The villa is only a 10-minute walk from the lively Los Muertos Beach and the vibrant Zona Romantica, home to restaurants, galleries, and nightlife. Downtown Puerto Vallarta is just over 10 km away, offering additional shopping, dining, and cultural attractions.

From the moment you enter, Villa Amapas North sets a tone of relaxed elegance. Built into the natural terrain and framed by lush tropical gardens, the villa opens to sweeping views of the Ocean. The outdoor living spaces invite you to indulge in everything from sunbathing beside the heated infinity pool to sunset cocktails at the shaded bar. With both formal and alfresco dining areas plus a barbecue and outdoor fireplace, this home was designed with social gatherings and leisurely meals in mind. Inside, the open-concept living areas reflect a balance of comfort and sophistication. The main lounge features stone walls, vaulted beamed ceilings, and a wraparound built-in sofa, making it a cozy spot to unwind. Adjacent to this is a gourmet kitchen and an official indoor dining area, offering everything needed for home-style meals or chef-prepared feasts.

The villa’s three bedrooms each offer privacy and ocean views. One of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor and feature king size bed, ensuite bathroom with stand-alone shower, ceiling fan, safe, and direct access to the terrace with ocean views. Two more bedrooms (one with king and one with two queen size beds) could be found on the upper floor. Additional features of the villas that worth mentioning are: dedicated fitness area, well-organized working space and lush courtyard patio with additional seating and shaded retreats.
