Combining two neighboring beachfront villas Villa Amapas North and Villa Amapas South, a total number of eight bedrooms and full staff the villa is ready to accommodate up to 22 guests. The homes are adjoined only upon the entrance, so both enjoy total privacy. An oceanfront location, pools, patios and beautiful landscaping make the property a tempting place to spend a week or more, but beaches and golf are just a short drive away.

Each of the estate’s two houses boasts a heated infinity pool, a patio with sitting and dining areas, a barbecue and a bar, all with ocean views, as well as a garden and fountains. Inside, both Villa Amapas North and Villa Amapas South have satellite TV, DVD players, Wi-Fi and a water purification system. There are both ceiling fans and air conditioning, and elevators ensure the estate is accessible to everyone. The property’s open-plan living areas are spacious and welcoming, with room for everyone to gather. In both houses, wide glass doors can be opened to let in the sea breeze, while a combination of wicker sofas and built-in seating is comfortable and casual. Villa Amapas North has a dining area with seating for eight, and Villa Amapas South can seat ten. Though cook service is included in your stay, both villas have fully equipped kitchens with breakfast bars.

The bedrooms are divided between the two houses. They are all sanctuaries for relaxation and offer different configuration (king, queen or single bedding) for maximum flexibility. Three bedrooms are located in Amapas North, two of them with king size beds and one bedroom featuring queen size beds. Amapas South houses four additional bedrooms all of them with luxury designed bathrooms and ocean views. A spare room holds two twin beds if your party needs additional bedding.

Your stay at Amapas Estate is enhanced by a dedicated in-house villa staff. Each villa comes with an attentive team, including a villa cook who prepares two meals per day (cost of food and beverages not included), a housekeeper, and a gardener.
