The house features 6 sumptuous suites with 4 Kings and 2 Guest Suites which have Two Queen beds each, making for more than enough room for a family with small kids looking to really enjoy the location. Encompassed in natural stone, the entire house is really a work of art, with artisan rock throughout. The house mosaics, natural woods, even the framing of the house really do capture your mind's eye with detail. You can unwind and enjoy the true luxury and the spaces that meld into one another.

In the Living area you'll find a plush sofa, big enough to seat 12 guests for a movie night, with lots of great leg room and wonderful ambiance. Take your media devices and just hook them right up to our smart TV. The lounge area is a seamless in and out design, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or the sunset and a glass of wine at night. This is the perfect spot to watch the kids play in the pool or just take in a nap after a long day of shopping or swimming. What Punta Mita offers is unlike any other place in the world because it really does give you the experience of being part of a world renowned community of like minded people who work hard and enjoy their time away to vacation and spend time with friends and family. Here you have the best of everything, they even a local hospital and medical team is on call if needed.

The staff at the villa will prepare every meal with care, using your guidance as the platform. The staff are available throughout your stay to create a 5 star culinary experience and to combine your likes with the local cuisines flavors. If you have a birthday or an event in mind they can prepare some wonderful pastries, cakes and desserts for your group.
