Casa Kupuri 37 is a large vacation rental located in Punta Mita within the gates inside of the Kupuri Estates beach community. This Villa is a lovely traditional Mexican style inside, as you walk in you will see locally crafted art, taptestries and lots of great vibrant Mexican colors and Art. Many of the homes in Punta Mita do not incorporate many of the uniquely Mexican Style, but this owner has decided to make that a staple of what the offer. You are inside the gates within just a short golf cart ride or a longer walk to the wonderful Kupuri Beach and Beach Club. This is one of the Beach Clubs everyone loves to go to daily for lunch or dinner, lots of greata drinks, and a wonderful pool area. Casa Kupuri 37 is inside the gates of Punta Mita, Mexico is a luxurious and expansive brand new 3 level, 8 bedroom villa with spectacular ocean views.

There are 6 main bedrooms within the Villa, each one with it's own bathroom and each one having a wonderful style. There are 2 additional guest suites on the first level with 2 double beds each. This makes for a lot of space for sleeping groups of individuals for corporate groups or older kids that do not want to share a bed. Each bedroom is spacious with tasteful interiors and feature ensuite bathrooms, some offer sun drenched balconies and magnificent views of the Pacific Ocean and Kupuri beach. Pamper and spoil yourself with the spa and sauna on the lower level or work up an appetite in the gym. Otherwise there is plenty of outdoor furniture to enjoy the garden and pools either day or night. You can easily sleep 16 or more in this beautiful vacation home.

Outside you'll find a wonderful double pool which is great for adults and kids alike. Both are made to enjoy and soak in, one offering you space to do laps while the other gives you a view of the ocean. Both are wonderfully designed to bring the inside out, as they blend seamlessly with the propertey and its surroundings. There is an outdoor dining area for eating and enjoying meals, as well as a beautiful fire-pit which is large with seating for 8-10 guests. This area is where most like to unwind and enjoy a nightcap during their stay. The outdoor space really does make the home a "unique" and fun experience for groups or families and friends. You'll enjoy ever sun soaked minute at Kupuri 37.
