Villa Pacifica in Punta Mita is a beachfront luxury vacation rental with full staff, amazing villa that allows you to experience all the resort can offer and membership to golf. It is set amid exquisite natural beauty with complete seclusion at the edge of a 255-foot stretch of pristine white sand beach. Villa Pacifica offers approximately 11,000 square feet of stylishly appointed living areas, and over one acre of lush and perfectly landscaped grounds Designed by architect Pepe de Yturbe, its sophisticated, contemporary architecture features an open design, dramatic water features and expansive outdoor living areas with stunning views of the bay and ocean. The villa can be rented as either a seven-bedroom with a maximum occupancy of 16 guests or as a five-bedroom with a maximum occupancy of 12 guests.

Upon entering this private gated compound you are welcomed into a stunning interior courtyard filled with royal palms with breathtaking views of the infinity pool and ocean through the open living areas. The home is designed in the open air living space concept; huge sliding glass walls move away to make the living area an outdoor space complete with lap pool running through the middle! The master bedroom occupies most of the top floor with huge views, a sitting area, a private terrace, an outside shower and jetted tub. There is a second bedroom on this upper level that has a king bed, and a separate bathroom. Downstairs, there is a second bedroom with a king sized bed and private bathroom. Across the courtyard there are two suites, each with large private bathrooms and a private terrace with a garden shower. Both of these bedrooms have two full size beds in each. There is also a separate TV room downstairs next to the main living area, overlooking the pool and the beach. There are two additional bedrooms with two twin beds in each.

The infinity pool is perched above the ocean and offers a stunning setting with dramatic views of the ocean and wildlife. There is a wonderful hot tub which is the perfect place to end the day and enjoy a cocktail. The living room and dining area are open to the ocean on one side and to the palm tree courtyard on the other; this is the place to sit during the evening and listen to the waves lapping at the shore. This home comes equipped with outstanding staff and unless you are so inclined you will not need to use the kitchen and laundry! There is a butler, housekeepers, chef, and kitchen attendant. We also have a concierge who will help you plan every detail, whether it is golf, fishing, spa treatments or restaurant reservations.

Guests of the villa enjoy access to the Four Seasons Golf Course with discounted rates, the Four Seasons Punta Mita tennis facilities, and the restaurants of The Four Seasons and St. Regis Hotels. The villa is located approximately five minutes driving from The Four Seasons Hotel. Guests also enjoy Ranchos Estate Concierge services as well as access to the private Rancho Estates Residents Beach Club and Restaurant.
