At the same time, the views of the Pacific and the spectacular sunsets with the lushness of about 200 yards of the very quiet fairway in the foreground makes for endless vistas that will amaze every day. This ideal location added to the numerous up-grades which the property has makes this Villa not only unique in Las Palmas and is considered to be the premier Villa in the complex.

While enjoying the position of Sales Director of the Punta Mita Resort for many years, the owner and his family had the first opportunity to choose from all 28 Villas in Las Palmas prior to the sales launch. We felt that the location, size and architectural layout of Villa Bonnie-ta / Villa 9 was without question the best. During the construction process, we were also able to enlarge the bedroom areas, enlarge and deepen the swimming pool, install a saline filter system in the pool, add a large heated spa adjacent that waterfalls into the pool, expand the pool terrace in addition to many other custom touches. Being located at the end of a cul-de-sac also afforded the property a special level of privacy for the Villa. Due to its ideal proximity, Villa Bonnie-ta is only about a 150 yard walk straight out to the beach or 250 yards from the Pacifico Beach Club ... we invite you to have the opportunity of experiencing this amazing property for yourself!

Guests of Villa Bonnie-ta become temporary Premier Punta Mita Club Members allowing them full access to 5 private, full-service Beach-Clubs, Water-Sports Amenities, Surf Access, 2 Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Courses, miles of walking, biking and hiking pathways and trails, the Punta Mita Fitness Center and the Punta Mita Private Tennis, Pickle Ball Club.
