Casa SIX is a beautiful oceanfront vacation rental in Punta Mita within the wonderful community of Iyari which offers amazing views and beach access. The villa features 5-bedrooms and an incredible view, perfect to accommodate up to 10 guests. Each room is designed to inspire with modern lines and elegance, the décor conveys that resort feeling with a private setting. The modern villa is a brand new construction with so many amazing lines created to inspire creativity. Each room in the living area opens up into a beautiful view of the pool, the wonderful lounging area and fantastic space for family and friends to gather. The natural light warms the house beautifully during the day and creates a wonderful feeling as you walk through the house and can be at one with the natural world.

Your Kitchen is fully equipped and your staff will be there daily to prepare amazing meals for your stay. The dining area features an eat in area as well as formal dining area for guests. Watch the chef prepare some Mexican Classics or simply ask for your favorite foods, nothing is off the table. Your culinary journey begins when you take that step into finding your taste buds in Mexico. The staff will always be there to make sure your meals and the house is cared for, if you have any needs the staff can coordinate easily and go and shop for anything you may want during your stay, even a cup of coffee at your favorite local shop.

The bedrooms all feel as if you area in your own world. The Master Suite features 1 king size bed, TV, sofa, desk, en-suite bathroom with indoor shower and tub, dual Vanity, safe, closet, terrace, ocean view, A/C. The Bedroom 2 features 1 king-size bed, TV, en-suite bathroom (shower & tub), walk-in closet, safe, terrace, ocean view, A/C. And then Bedroom 3 has 1 king-size bed, TV, en-suite bathroom (shower & tub), walk-in closet, safe, terrace, ocean view, A/C. For Bedroom 4 we have 2 Full-size bed, TV, en-suite bathroom (shower), walk-in closet, safe, terrace, ocean view, A/C. Our 5th Suite features 2 Full-size bed, TV, sofa, desk, en-suite bathroom (shower), walk-in closet, safe, terrace, ocean view, A/C. No matter where you go in the house you will always feel like you have your own space to relax and unwind.

Outside is where you'll find your amazing swimming pool and lounging area, great for those days you want to enjoy time with family and friends and soak in the wonderful sunshine. The pool area features high end loungers, eat in area, lots of great seating, fire pit and so much more. You'll even find a large sitting area equipped with fireplace where you and sit and enjoy some drinks or some social time with the family. The outdoor space is really made to enjoy and brings the world of vacationing to a new level. The house is completely modern, equipped with all of the modern touches, you'll be happy to enjoy the WIFI and the wonderful Flat screen smart televisions throughout. Just connect and enjoy your own private media during your stay.
