The heart of the condo is its wide terrace overlooking the Pacific. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors slide open to blend the main living areas with the outdoors, revealing a panoramic backdrop of ocean horizons and lush tropical greenery. Guests can unwind on sun loungers by the heated pool, enjoy meals at the outdoor dining table, or gather in the shaded lounge area. Inside, Tau 412 is tastefully decorated with natural woods, textured finishes, and warm neutral tones that echo Punta Mita’s laid-back sophistication. The open-concept living and dining room is spacious and welcoming, framed by a custom bar area and thoughtful décor that makes the space feel immediately at home. Three beautifully appointed bedrooms provide comfort and privacy for up to eight guests. The primary suite opens directly to the terrace, allowing you to wake to ocean views each morning. As part of your stay, Tau 412 includes daily housekeeping, with the added benefit of a home-cooked family-style meal prepared each day—breakfast or lunch—by the housekeeper (guests simply cover the cost of ingredients). A 6-seat golf cart is also provided, making it easy to explore the Punta Mita peninsula with complete freedom. Guests enjoy free access to Kupuri Beach Club, Pacifico Beach Club, Porta Fortuna (SUFI) Beach Club, and the brand-new El Surf Club at La Lancha.
