Two of the bedrooms come with two queen-size bed each which offers extra flexibility with sleeping arrangements.

The villa’s gourmet kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and opens onto a grand dining area—perfect for family dinners or entertaining. At the heart of Estate Ikal lies its breathtaking grand living area, a true showpiece of the villa’s seamless indoor-outdoor design. Framed by floor-to-ceiling sliding walls, this expansive space opens fully on both sides, allowing gentle ocean breezes to flow through while offering uninterrupted views of the lush greenery and both swimming pools. On one side, the living area extends toward the ocean-facing infinity pool, where sun loungers and the open lawn create an idyllic lounging zone with dramatic views over the Bay. On the opposite side a second, truly serene garden pool bordered by lush tropical foliage provides a more private oasis, ideal for peaceful dips or afternoon cocktails in the shade.

Estate Ikal goes beyond the expected with a private gym, massage room, serene yoga space, and steam room. A media room, Wi-Fi, and air-conditioning throughout ensure comfort and convenience. Included in your stay is daily housekeeping and dedicated staff preparing daily breakfast and snacks.
