The luxurious five-star vacation rental - Caida de Agua is a place for escape and indulgence, within Punta Mita's gates in Mexico. Overlooking the breathtaking Pacific Ocean and the famous Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course, this lavish villa will sweep you off your feet. Located within the gated Punta Mita Residential Community in Lagos del Mar, Caida de Agua offers an abundance of striking beauty and sophistication, architecturally, artistically, and naturally. At Caida de Agua you will find yourself immersed in modern Mexican architecture, exquisite tropical scenery, magnificent ocean views, and warm ocean air.

The house features 5 beautifully decorated suites with incredible design. Three of the rooms are King Suites, one of the bedrooms has two doubles and then our 5th room has one double futon and two double beds. The house sleeps 14 guests comfortably, exceptions may be accommodated for up to 17 guests, depending on ages and specific requirements, with an additional cost applied to the nightly rate. Every space in the house really was designed with the guests in mind with the house focus on the exterior where you get a view of the ocean, the gardens and the beautiful pool. Enjoy snacks by the pool or taking in some much needed rest while dining overlooking the ocean. So many wonderful experiences had here with our amazing coordination and team, every trip is really special.

Your stay at this villa includes full concierge services from the moment you enquire — we’ll handle everything from activity bookings to transportation and pantry stocking. Every day you’ll enjoy breakfast, lunch, snacks and drinks prepared by the villa’s private cook, with waiter service during meals, as well as daily cleaning and a limited in-house laundry service. Should you wish to elevate your stay further, dinner preparation and service by the chef, a special-event chef, or in-house spa treatments are available at an additional cost and can be arranged in advance to suit your preferences.
