Casa Peregrina in Puerto Vallarta is a stunning, fully staffed oceanfront vacation villa, situated on 3090 m² (33,260.48 ft².) of land, in the Sierra del Mar Residential Community. The area offers a park-like setting manicured gardens and the lowest construction density on Puerto Vallarta’s south shore. The villa’s architecture features soaring ceilings, wide hallways, incredible stonework, arches, fountains, and impressive gardens. Ten suites are spread throughout the estate to ensure privacy for its guests but the villa offers flexible configuration and could be exclusively rented as 5,6,7,8 and 9 suites property. Ten bedrooms have one king-size bed, and one bedroom has two double beds. All bedrooms have ensuite bath air conditioning, security safe for maximum comfort. The villas sleep 20 guests, and it is perfect for family reunions, corporate retreats, and celebrating any special occasion. The living and dining room opens to expansive terraces complete with a large, salt-water, heated pool boasting impressive views of the ocean and mountains. If you are in the mood for a soak at the beach, Casa Peregrina has exclusive access to Playa Las Gemelas, one of the finest beaches on the south shore of Puerto Vallarta. The beach is just 6 mins walk from the villa and short 10-minute drive takes you to Puerto Vallarta to enjoy some of the fine restaurants, shopping, or nightlife.

Your stay at Casa Peregrina includes the preparation and service of three delicious meals per day, along with snacks and beverages, all prepared by our attentive staff. While the cost of food and beverages is not included in the rental fee, we will gladly provide menu suggestions to help you plan your meals in advance and during your stay. Daily maid service is provided from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm to ensure the villa remains spotless and comfortable. For your convenience, our team is also happy to assist with beach setup, so all you need to carry are your personal belongings. The villa also includes a complimentary concierge service to organize any activity, spa service, or transportation.
