Spanning over 12,000 square feet, this recently updated villa blends a chic mid-century modern style with timeless Mexican charm. The expansive living area features an oversized sectional sofa, state-of-the-art entertainment system, and large windows framing the stunning Bay of Banderas and surrounding beauty. The elegant dining room is ideal for intimate dinners, while the open layout ensures seamless flow between indoor and outdoor living.

Outside, the centerpiece is the large heated pool, complete with a pool bar and plenty of loungers for soaking up the sun. A dedicated pool washroom with shower adds convenience, while the outdoor BBQ and pizza oven offer an unforgettable al fresco dining experience. The villa’s seven bedrooms include five in the main house and two in a separate casita with its own entrance (accessible via the pool deck). The two primary bedrooms in the main villa boast expansive layouts, outdoor seating areas, and direct pool access. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, equipped with ceiling fans, in-room safes, and ensuite bathrooms. For smaller groups the villa has the option to be exclusively rented as five-bedroom property.
