Vaya Vista is a brand-new, custom-built beachfront vacation villa, set directly on the Placencia Lagoon offering amazing views towards Maya Mountain. Tucked away on a private waterfront lot at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, the villa provides both privacy and exclusivity, while still being only minutes away from fine dining, boutique resorts, and just 10 minutes from Placencia Village and its airstrip. Guests are greeted at the gates of this private oasis by friendly onsite staff, who reside in separate quarters on the property. The staff are always available to assist, whether it’s setting up beach chairs and umbrellas along the Caribbean shoreline, or bringing kayaks and paddleboards over to the beach for your use at any time.

This is three level property and the first floor is dedicated to entertainment and leisure, centered around a spectacular partially covered pool with a swim-up bar. A shaded lounge and a fully equipped bar area with a flat-screen TV and grill make it the ultimate gathering space. Surrounded by landscaped gardens and sandy walkways lined with palm trees, the property also enjoys direct waterfront access where guests can relax, sunbathe, or launch kayaks and paddleboards.

The villa has four bedrooms which are distributed across different levels. A private queen bedroom with ensuite bath offers comfort and convenience, alongside a fully equipped private workout room is located on the first floor of the house. The second floor consists of an expansive master suite that features a king-size bed, private balcony, large soaking tub, and walk-in shower with stunning lagoon views. Two additional king bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms, are positioned to maximize water views. For additional flexibility, a murphy bed and twin roll-away are available.
