Villa la Loggia in Maremma, Tuscany encircled by a lush garden of roses, bougainvillea, cyprus trees and pines, this attractive recently built villa provides the perfect setting for a heavenly Italian beach holiday on one of the country’s loveliest coastlines and within one of Italy’s most prestigious wine appellations.

The one-story villa has been beautifully designed for fluid indoor and outdoor living thanks to French doors leading onto its two large terraces and a perfectly manicured garden. The focal point of the interior is a large open-space living and dining area which has a high ceilings and features chic modern furniture with colorful accents. The living area has three plush sofas and four armchairs overlooking a working fireplace. On the other side of the room is an open-plan kitchen with a large marble island, ideal for socializing while preparing meals.

The bedrooms are cleverly distributed on either side of the main room and have direct access to the garden terraces, offering guests additional privacy. There are two double rooms with king-size beds and two twin bedrooms, all equipped with en-suite shower rooms. Each room is individually decorated with bright touches and unique headboards above the beds.

The stylish and colorful ambiance flows onto the villa’s two beautiful verandas. The main covered outdoor living area is divided by a buffet between the sitting area with eclectic chairs and the dining area with a large dining table where you can spend your evenings enjoying alfresco meals and taking in the gentle sea air.

The verdant garden has both shady and sunny areas which you can savor while lounging on a sunbed or reading in a comfy garden chair. A private path through the pine grove takes you to an unspoilt beach where there is a private cabana, parasol, towels and sunbeds for villa guests.

La Loggia shares the same tree-lined driveway as villa Le Palme, which is located nearby although privacy is maintained by trees..
