The large Living will welcome you for shared moments with your friends. Outside, the white wooden gazebo, the pergola with wisteria and the poolside will be the setting for your summer holidays. Each room is finely furnished, with air conditioning, private bathroom, private terrace overlooking the valley and the garden. In addition to the continental breakfast and daily cleaning, the price also includes final cleaning, water, gas and electricity consumption, and mid-week linen change for a minimum stay of 7 nights. The location of Villa Gaudia is perfect for mixing relaxing days in the rural landscape with trips to the surrounding cities of art, rich in history, culture and delicious food.

The layout of Villa Gaudia has been designed to perfection: by car you will arrive a few meters from the entrance to unload luggage, then you will find an imposing outdoor living room with pergola and relaxation area to then arrive at the entrance door which opens into a bright living area with picture windows on each side; a completely renovated environment that preserves the rustic taste of the most authentic Florentine tradition. Large open space with sofas and refined furnishings, wood-burning fireplace, 75'' Smart Led TV, Martini bar corner and a dining area with a large 11-seater table in the event that it is not possible to eat outside on the terrace overlooking the pool. Huge gourmet professional kitchen with island, complete with all appliances and everything you need to prepare your meals; connected to the main terrace where excellent barbecues can be organized.

The road to reach Villa Gaudia is completely paved, the Villa is independent but not isolated with 2 hectares of enclosed garden where there is a hydro-massage tub that can be heated up to 38° with 32 jets and 5 stations, a semi-Olympic swimming pool (25x12 m with depth from 90 cm to 3 m) and solarium area with shower and sunbeds. The structure is completed by a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board, towels of various sizes and blankets, free Wi-Fi connection throughout the house, air conditioning in every room and numerous parking spaces.

Every day at Villa Gaudia you will be awakened by the scent of freshly baked croissants, hot eggs prepared by the chef who serves breakfast at the time you prefer, our Staff does not reside in the Villa but will take care of cleaning the rooms and bathrooms, garden and pool maintenance, lunches and dinners can be prepared on request and shopping can be done. We don't offer just an ordinary overnight stay, but unique experiences that each guest can customize to their liking to experience Chianti in an intense and profound way. In collaboration with the nearby winery We can organize Wine Testing for you with a visit to the cellar, tasting and lunch and beautiful horseback rides to enjoy the surroundings surrounded by nature. If you are health conscious and sporty, we can organize private Yoga, Fitness, Pilates lessons in the villa, with English-speaking personal trainers, as well as relaxing, anti-fatigue and anti-stress massages, directly in the location, done by certified professionals. Other things to keep in mind: The swimming pool is open from June to September, variations are possible on request and depending on the weather conditions.
