On the lovely outdoor patio you'll find it adorned with tables, chairs and umbrellas ideal for enjoying early morning sunrise breakfast or dinner overlooking the beautiful ocean and blinking lights on the horizon. The villa offers 5 unique bedrooms all with private baths and each room has Air Conditioning, TV flat screen with Satellite connection. As well just outside the rooms there is a wonderful living area with sofa and flat screen television with Sat Stereo system. The house is really made for enjoyment and entertainment with designer furnishings and one of a kind hand painted tile work that can be seen throughout the villa. Each piece was meticulously designed by the artisan and placed so it can be enjoyed for a lifetime to come.

The owner really went all out when creating this wonderful risen modern kitchen, sitting right above where you can step up and feel like you have a foodie heightened awareness. It truly is a masterpiece of development of placement, equipment choice with all necessary appliances and kitchen gadgets and utensils for cooking or taking in a cooking class or even hiring a chef for the entire stay. You will not stop staring at this wonderful kitchen as it really is a piece of art when you stop and look at each tile, each inch of the room is really vibrant with color and a magical reflection of what is still alive and well in the Amalfi Coast, which is the true art of craftsmanship all hand made and all "one of a kind."

The access to the Villa is from a 2 minutes walkway from the coastal road. As well the Villa is walking distance from the local beach with nice restaurant and also the famous night club L’Africana. The Village of Praiano is only 1 km from the house which is perfect for those who want to do some shopping or dining, finding some of the most unique cafes and boutiques for your everyone on your list.
