The main level welcomes guests into a bright, air-conditioned living space featuring a cozy library corner, inviting lounge seating, and a dining area framed by large sliding glass doors. These open directly onto the terrace and garden, where uninterrupted views over Lake Maggiore and the Borromean Islands create a truly memorable backdrop.

The interiors are distinguished by their unique and colorful décor, blending personality with comfort. On this level, guests will also find a fully equipped kitchen, a single bedroom, and two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The upper floor hosts two additional bedrooms, including a master suite with dressing room, private bathroom, and a terrace overlooking the lake—perfect for quiet morning moments above the water.

One of the villa’s standout features is its indoor swimming pool, designed for year-round enjoyment. Surrounded by large sliding windows that can be opened in warmer months, the space connects seamlessly with the garden, allowing guests to transition effortlessly between indoor relaxation and outdoor living. Outside, the villa is framed by a well-maintained garden with a lush lawn, sun loungers, and shaded areas for relaxation. The Villa Nora is situated in the hamlet of Campino, a peaceful hillside area above Stresa, and just next to the house you’ll find two excellent restaurants. The villa enjoys a central location between the popular lakefront towns of Baveno (3 km) and Stresa (4,5 km), the most famous destination on Lake Maggiore. Stroll along the lakeside promenade or explore the narrow alleyways filled with boutiques, cafés, and restaurants. Take any ferry to explore the stunning splendor of Lake Maggiore. Easy one-day visits to Milan or Turin, the famed Piedmont wineries, the picturesque Lake Orta, or lengthy walking into the mountain valleys behind the house and beyond are also options.
