Villa Angelina is an elegant lakefront luxury vacation rental on Lake Como, ideally positioned on the north-west shore of the lake. Located near the peaceful village of Pianello del Lario this villa is completed in 2019, combining generous living spaces, direct lake access, and refined contemporary comforts.

Set within an expansive 2,500 sqm property, Villa Angela enjoys a privileged waterfront position directly overlooking the lakeside promenade and beach. A beautifully landscaped private garden stretches toward the water, framing a heated lake-view swimming pool, panoramic sun patio, and uninterrupted views across the lake and surrounding mountains. Guests also benefit from rare private boating facilities, including a pier, buoy, and slide for motorboats, offering seamless access to Lake Como by water. Private on-site parking adds further convenience.

The villa itself spans two levels and a basement offering approximately 600 sqm of interior space designed for comfort, privacy, and effortless entertaining. The main living areas are bright, airy, and acoustically protected thanks to sound-proofed windows throughout, ensuring a peaceful atmosphere even when hosting larger groups.

The principal floor features a large, sun-filled living room furnished with comfortable sofas, satellite TV, DVD, Wi-Fi, and entertainment systems. Adjacent to this space is an additional sitting room overlooking the lake, where a beautiful, fully functioning grand piano creates a refined focal point for music and evening gatherings. The modern, fully equipped kitchen is designed to accommodate both private chefs and self-catered stays, featuring two ovens, a blast chiller, two dishwashers, a large refrigerator with freezer, and a generous central island. A spacious dining room with a large wooden table seats up to 18 guests, making it ideal for celebratory meals and long, convivial dinners. A staff bedroom with a dedicated bathroom is located directly behind the kitchen, ensuring discreet and efficient service.

Villa Angelina accommodates up to 12 guests, with the option for an additional 2, across six double bedrooms, each with its own private en-suite bathroom. A seventh bedroom with a dedicated bathroom is available for staff. On the ground floor, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom has been designed to be accessible for guests with motor disabilities. Upstairs, a comfortable sitting room opens onto a terrace and leads to five additional air-conditioned double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Three of these bedrooms feature large private terraces, two of which enjoy direct lake views. All beds can be configured as either double or twin, offering flexible accommodation for different group compositions.

Outdoors, Villa Angelina truly shines. The large private garden flows directly to the lakeshore, just a few meters from the public beach, while remaining entirely private for guests. The lake-front swimming pool is perfectly positioned for relaxing afternoons, sunset swims, and uninterrupted views across the water.
