Spanning approximately 460 m² of living space, Villa Leise Exclusive accommodates up to eight guests across four beautifully designed bedrooms, several with en-suite bathrooms and tranquil views of the sea. Two of the bedrooms are located on the first floor of the villa and two bedrooms are positioned on the second floor. An additional entertainment room provides flexibility for relaxation or social gatherings.

The heart of the villa unfolds on the ground floor, where a spacious open-plan living area with a feature fireplace flows effortlessly into a refined dining space and a fully equipped modern kitchen. Large sliding glass doors open onto a sun-drenched courtyard, blurring the line between indoor comfort and outdoor living. Outside, the experience is defined by simplicity and proximity to nature.
