Villa Teodora is spread across three main floors plus an attic level, offering generous living space designed for relaxed luxury living. The villa accommodates up to 12 guests, with the possibility to host additional staff in a separate annex apartment. Interiors are styled in a calming palette of sandy neutrals, soft greys, and whites, complemented by natural textures.

The outdoor terrace forms the social heart of the villa, featuring a heated swimming pool, sun loungers, outdoor shower, and multiple seating areas ideal for soaking up the Mediterranean sun. A barbecue area and a large outdoor dining table invite long alfresco lunches and evening gatherings under the stars.
