Spanning approximately 300 m² of interior space, Villa Hygeia accommodates up to 10 guests across five refined suites, including thoughtfully designed rooms suitable for families with children. The villa unfolds across three levels, connected by a private elevator, ensuring both comfort and ease of movement throughout. The villa offers sophisticated interiors with elegant blue tones echoing the surrounding sea. A spacious open-plan living area invites relaxation, while unique features such as a private wine cellar and home cinema elevate the experience beyond a typical luxury villa stay.

The villa offers five bedrooms, four of which (two king size and two queen size bedrooms) are located on the first floor of the property. The master bedroom Is located on t he second floor of the villa and offers a vintage sailboat cabin atmosphere with its beamed ceiling and white wooden paneling.

Outdoor living is equally impressive, with expansive terraces overlooking the bay, landscaped Mediterranean gardens, and inviting lounge areas designed for long, leisurely days by the sea.
